Introduction:

The Harold E. Phillips Memorial Bursary was created by the family of Harold E. Phillips to honour his legacy and 100th birthday, and to support young people in achieving their educational goals. The bursary provides financial assistance to students beginning their studies at Holland College.

Eligibility requirement for Harold E. Phillips Memorial Bursary at Holland College:

Be entering their first year of studies at Holland College.
Demonstrate financial need.
Be from West Prince, Prince Edward Island.
Be enrolled in one of the following programs:
