Connie Hill Memorial Award for Practical Nursing at Holland College 2026

Introduction: 

The Connie Hill Memorial Award for Practical Nursing was established by Tracey Campbell, Holland College’s Quality Control Officer, in memory of her mother, Connie Hill. Connie was a Licensed Practical Nurse who left her profession to raise a family and later returned to the workforce as a single mother after upgrading her skills. This award supports mature learners pursuing a career in nursing.

Eligibility requirement for Connie Hill Memorial Award for Practical Nursing at Holland College:

• Be entering the first year of studies in the Practical Nursing program at Holland College.
• Have been out of high school for a minimum of four years.
• Demonstrate financial need.
• Meet the admission requirements for the Practical Nursing program

Value of the scholarship:

A CAD 500 is awarded to support a full-time student
