Albright College awards 25 Eugene Shirk Scholarships annually. Established to honor late Albright math professor and coach Eugene Shirk, this scholarship encourages Berks County students to continue his legacy of community service, leadership, strength of character, and commitment to excellence.

Eligibility Criteria for Albright College Eugene Shirk Scholarship 2026:

Students should demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and commitment.
Students must have a minimum core GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Students need to be classified as Berks County students.

Students must submit an application form to the university to be eligible for the scholarship.

Value of the Scholarship:

All Shirk Scholars receive USD 22,000 annually or USD 88,000 over four years at Albright College.
