Academic and Creative Excellence Award 

The Academic and Creative Excellence Award is given by California State University, Sacramento, and it supports art students who demonstrate strong academic performance and creative ability through their artwork or academic writing.

Eligibility criteria for the Academic and Creative Excellence Award -

• The applicants, if undergraduates, must have a Grade Point Average(GPA) of 2.0 and 3.0 for Graduate students.
• The qualified majors are Studio Art, Art History, or Art Education, or any future arts major, in the Department of Art.
• The applicant must be a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, and Classified.
• The applicant must be at least part-time enrolled at the time of award and at the time of application.

Application process -

• The applicants must meet all the additional admission requirements set by the university.
• The applicants must also submit an essay and one of the works mentioned by the university.

Value of the scholarship - USD 1,000
