Honours scholarships for students studying in the College of Health and Medicine are made possible through the generous support of donors to the University of Tasmania and by the School of Medicine, Menzies Institute for Medical Research, Wicking Dementia Centre, and School of Nursing. Applicants applying for this scholarship will be automatically considered for any of the awards listed below depending on their area of research.
Eligibility for College of Health and Medicine Honours Scholarships at the University of Tasmania:
Australian Students:
- Candidates must be undertaking an Honours program through the College of Health and Medicine in 2023.
- Students will be considered for any of the scholarships below depending on their area of research.
International Students:
International candidates are only eligible if:
- They've completed a 100% enrolment load in any study period with us in an undergraduate or postgraduate course.
- They're completing years 11 and 12 onshore in Australia.
Retaining the scholarship:
Recipients are required to achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester.
