ACT Foundation Mission
The Account Control Technology Foundation (ACT Foundation) works to improve the future of students and the greater community by offering financial wellness and debt management education, mentorship and support to those in need.
ACT Foundation History
The ACT Foundation was established by Dale and Debbie Van Dellen in 2013 as a means to give back to the community.
The Foundation leverages the Van Dellens’ knowledge of the consequences of unpaid and mismanaged debt, which they witnessed over their long careers in educational debt management and recovery. The Foundation was also sparked by Account Control Technology, Inc.’s long history of corporate responsibility, along with the passionate charitable giving of company employees. In 2015, the Foundation received the backing of all ACT Holdings companies, including ACT, Convergent Healthcare and Convergent Outsourcing.
Today, the ACT Foundation awards $50,000 in college scholarships each year, and it also supports local and national charities. The Foundation actively seeks participation and partnership from outside organizations and individuals who share in its mission.
If you would like to become involved in the ACT Foundation, please send an email tofoundation@accountcontrol.com.
