The Anantha Sudhakar Memorial Scholarship - Graduate Award at San Francisco State University is offered to students who are enrolled in the College of Ethnic Studies.

Eligibility Criteria of the Anantha Sudhakar Memorial Scholarship - Graduate Award at San Francisco State University:

• Applicants may come from any nationality.
• Applicants must currently be students in the College of Ethnic Studies (MA in AAS or MA in Ethnic Studies).
• Applicants must have an interest in:
  • Asian American literature, art, activism, and culture
  • South Asian experience in the United States; or the intersection of Asian American Studies and gender studies, and/or queer theory
• Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Applicants in need of financial assistance are given first consideration.
• Applicants must be enrolled as full-time students in the upcoming semester.

Value of the Scholarship:

The successful candidates are awarded a scholarship of USD 1,250.
