Eligibility:
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Have Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage.
- Self-identify as Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
- Be acknowledged as Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander by their current or past community.
- Be enrolled as a full-time student at Flinders University in any academic program.
- Provide evidence of facing barriers that impact their ability to complete their education effectively.
Application Process:
- Fill out the attached Proof of Indigeneity document.
- Submit the completed document along with your online application via the Flinders University Student System by the given deadline.
- Make sure your personal details are current in the Student System, as these will be used for your assessment.
Value:
- Each scholarship is worth $4,000.
- Payments will be made in two equal installments of $2,000 after the census date of each semester.
