Established in 1948 by Hutchinson-Central Evening High School.

Eligibility criteria -

The applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate, with first preference to students who graduated from Hutchinson Central Technical High School.
Second preference is given to students who graduated from a Buffalo public high school.
