Western University offers the Western Admission Scholarship to recognize strong academic achievement among students entering undergraduate programs directly from secondary school. The scholarship provides financial support toward first-year studies, with additional funding available for an optional study abroad experience.

Eligibility for Western Admission Scholarship at Western University 2026:

• Applicants must achieve a final admission average between 90 to 91.9% to be eligible for the Western Scholarship of Distinction.
• Applicants must be entering an undergraduate program at Western University’s main campus directly from high school.
• Applicants must register for the specified program full-time and take at least 3.5 courses.
• Applicants must accept their admission offer by the required deadline.
• Applicants must maintain full-time enrolment to keep the scholarship.
• Applicants must meet all conditions stated in their admission offer.

Application Process for Western Admission Scholarship at Western University 2026:

• Applicants do not need to submit a separate application and are automatically considered upon admission.

Value of the Scholarship: Up to  CAD 2,500

Note:

• Applicants can receive up to CAD 2,500, including CAD 1,500 toward first-year studies and up to CAD 1,000 for an optional study-abroad experience.
