Eligibility Criteria for Vice Chancellor's Global Development Scholarship at University of Portsmouth 2026:

Applicants must:

Be from one of the eligible countries listed.
Be a self-funded student.
Be enrolled in a full-time, on-campus undergraduate, postgraduate taught, or postgraduate research course.
Have annual tuition fees of £16,200 or above for the relevant entry (May 2026, September 2026, or January 2027).
Not have previously studied at the University of Portsmouth.
ICP students progressing to the University are eligible.
Accept that the scholarship applies only to the first year of study.
Understand the scholarship cannot be combined with any other discount or scholarship.
Be assessed as an overseas student for tuition fee purposes.
