- Not have received IEFS Scholarship.
- Not eligible for applicants in their first semester.
Graduates:
- Must be classified as an international student.
- Completed 9 UH credit hours with minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Not have received IEFS Scholarship.
- Not eligible for applicants in their first semester unless the applicant received a bachelors degree from the University of Houston.
