Eligibility for Turing Scheme Funding at the University of Essex:
- The applicant must be enrolled at the University of Essex as a current student and be wrapping up a semester or year abroad with Essex Abroad.
- Only the months of August 31, 2024, to September 1, 2023, are eligible for funding.
- The applicant will only receive support for time spent abroad during these dates if their term or year abroad falls outside of this window.
- The candidates must go to the host nation in person for their term or year abroad program.
- The candidate cannot be a citizen of the nation they are visiting.
- If candidates get money, they will be required to sign a grant agreement in which they will legally accept your donation and agree to the responsibilities that come with it.
