Introduction:

The Dr. Catherine Molloy Medal was established through a philanthropic contribution in memory of Dr. Catherine Molloy. The award recognizes excellence in clinical performance and promotes high standards in medical education and healthcare at University College Cork (UCC).

Eligibility criteria for the Dr. Catherine Molloy Medal at University College Cork:

• The applicants must be a current UCC student.
• The applicants must be enrolled in the final year of the MB Degree program.
• The applicants must achieve first place in the clinical assessment elements of Principles and Practice of Internal Medicine and General Practice.

Application Process:

• No separate application is required. The medal is awarded automatically based on academic performance

Value of the Scholarship:

• A medal is awarded to support a full-time student.
