Eligibility Criteria for Robert M. Odell Endowed Scholarship in Public Administration:

Applicants must:

Be enrolled in a Public Administration degree programme
Be a full-time upper-division undergraduate or graduate student
Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
Be in good academic standing
Not be a previous recipient of the award
Remain enrolled full-time during the award year.

Strong preference is given to students who are:

Public Administration majors specializing in finance
First-generation college students.

Value of Robert M. Odell Endowed Scholarship in Public Administration:

Four (4) $2,500 scholarships will be awarded for the academic year.

Application handled through the campus financial aid office
Each campus may submit one applicant to the CSU Foundation
Selected applicants must submit:
