The Indigenous Enabling Commonwealth Education Costs Scholarship is funded by the Commonwealth of Australia under the Indigenous Student Success Program (ISSP). It is designed to support Indigenous students undertaking an eligible enabling course, specifically the Aboriginal Orientation Course at The University of Western Australia.
