Faculty Scholarships (up to tuition minus other tuition-based award)

Eligibility

• To qualify for the Faculty Scholarship, you must be a freshman applying for admission to NJIT.
• You must be enrolled as a full-time student and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or 3.2 for Honors students).
• You must also be making Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), which means you’re successfully completing your courses and meeting your degree requirements.

Value/Benefit

• The Faculty Scholarship can cover up to the full tuition amount, minus any other tuition-based awards you might receive.
• This scholarship is awarded for four years (three years for accelerated students and five years for Architecture students) to help fund your first undergraduate degree.
• The value may be adjusted in the future if other scholarships or financial aid sources are added to your package.

Application Process

• To be considered for the Faculty Scholarship, you only need to apply for admission to NJIT.
• If you meet the eligibility requirements, you will be automatically considered for the scholarship.
• Make sure to maintain full-time enrollment, a good GPA, and make satisfactory academic progress throughout your studies to retain the scholarship.
