Eden Academic Excellence Award at San Francisco State University 2024

Eden Academic Excellence Award is awarded to students pursuing a B.S. in Physics or Chemistry who have earned a B+ or higher and at least 30.0 grade points in three upper-division or advanced courses within their major. The award amount is $2,000 per student, and it can only be received once.

Eligibility criteria:

• Open to all nationals 
• Undergraduates pursuing the B.S. in Physics or B.S. in Chemistry
• Must have received a grade of B+ or better and at least 30.0 grade points in three upper division or advanced courses in the B.S. Chemistry or B.S. Physics majors. 
• Undergraduate students must be enrolled in at least 1 unit.

Value: $2,000 per semester

Application requirements:

• Students do not apply for this award.
• Physics and Chemistry department Chairs will identify the students who have met the requirements.
