Auckland University of Technology - Culture And Society Doctoral Scholarships 2019

The Auckland University of Technology is offering scholarships in the Faculty of Culture and Society in a Doctor of Education or Doctor of Philosophy for the School of Education. 

Eligibility for Auckland University of Technology's Culture And Society Doctoral Scholarships in New Zealand, 2019:

• The applicants for Culture and Society Doctoral Scholarships, 2018 can be domestic or International applicants.
• The candidates should meet the entry criteria for the Doctor of Education or Doctor of Philosophy program at AUT.
• The applicants must be enrolled or be enrolling in a doctoral program.
• The candidates are expected to be committed to their research.
• The field of study proposed by the applicants must match the expertise and capacity to offer supervision by the School of Education.

Documents required:

• The candidates applying for Culture and Society Doctoral Scholarships, 2018 are required to submit curriculum vitae not exceeding 3 pages.
• The applicants must submit academic transcripts for previous tertiary study completed at a university other than AUT.
• The candidates should also submit a research proposal's outline not exceeding 2 pages including references.
• Two referee reports and a support letter from their primary supervisor or Head of Program should also be submitted.

Selection Criteria:

• The applicants for Culture and Society Doctoral Scholarships, 2018 will be assessed based on their academic merit and professional background.
• The candidates will also be selected on the basis of their references, strategic importance of the research, and publications.
• The students whose research proposal aligns with the strategic research interests of the School of Education will be given priority.
