The Scholarship was established in 2013 by the School of Information of Technology and Electrical Engineering.
Eligibility for the Alumni Advantage Scholarship in Electrical Engineering:
- Students need to be classified as domestic student
- Students are enrolled full-time or intend to enroll full-time, in an Approved Program in a Relevant Field.
- Students do not hold a scholarship that the Head of School considers similar.
- The student is a female.
- Students must be identified as Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
- Students who are facing financial hardship.
Relevant Fields:
- Any field of engineering in the electrical engineering discipline
- Software engineering discipline
Selection criteria:
- Academic achievements
- Personal qualities, including leadership potential
- Evidence of active involvement in the community
- Any other matter that the selection committee considers relevant to your future success in the engineering profession.
