Employer Partnership Scholarship:

Surrey Executive MBA

• The Employer Partnership Scholarship for the Surrey Executive MBA program is designed to make high-quality professional development more accessible to both employers and their employees.
• This scholarship allows the University to match the employer’s contribution to the tuition fee by up to 40%.
• Here's an example of how the contributions work:
  • Employer Contribution: 30%
  • Surrey Contribution: 30%
  • Student Contribution: 40%
• The total fee (after the Surrey contribution) is divided equally over the two years of the program.

Payment Structure:

• Employers will be invoiced once a year, typically around late October or early November, after registration. 
• The student's payment schedule is as follows:
• Deposit: £2,000
• Year 1:
  • First Payment: October/November
  • Second Payment: January/February
• Year 2:
  • Third Payment: October/November
  • Fourth Payment: January/February

Eligibility Criteria:

• To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
• Hold at least a lower second-class degree (or its equivalent). If you don’t have a degree, other qualifications may be considered—check the entry criteria for more details.
• Be a UK, EU, or International student (EU/International students must have the right to study in the UK without needing a student visa).
• Be self-funding (this includes using a postgraduate loan) and seeking partial sponsorship from their employer.
• Applicants who are fully funded by another scholarship or sponsorship cannot apply.
• Plan to study the Executive (part-time) MBA program.

IELTS Requirements:

• EU and International students must meet the English language requirements: an IELTS Academic score of 6.5 overall, with at least 6.0 in each component, or an equivalent qualification.

How to Apply:

• To apply for this scholarship, you must first complete an application for one of the MBA programs and go through an informal interview (which is a standard part of the application process for all MBA candidates).
