Alberta Graduate Excellence Scholarship (AGES) at University of Calgary 2024

Eligibility for Alberta Graduate Excellence Scholarship (AGES) at the University of Calgary:

• Accessible to full-time students enrolled in the Faculty of Graduate Studies' thesis-based graduate degree program. The students have to be Alberta residents.
• Available to master's students who, at the time the award is given, have completed no more than 13 months of full-time study toward their degree.
• Recipients must be PhD students who, at the time of grant, have completed no more than 25 months of full-time study toward their degree.
• Available to students who, at the time the grant is given, have completed no more than 25 months of full-time graduate program study and are moving from a master's to a Ph.D. program. The start of the master's program will decide the amount of time spent in the program.

Application Process:

For details on how to apply, students who are interested in the prize should speak with their graduate program. The university will send a referral to the Graduate Scholarship Office. The recommendation is dependent on the Graduate Scholarship Committee's final approval.
