The University of Brighton Sports Scholarships are designed to support talented athletes in combining their sporting aspirations with their academic studies, backed by enhanced facilities and an increased support package for the 2026–27 academic year.

Eligibility Criteria for University of Brighton Sports Scholarships:

Applicants must:

Be competing at regional level competition as a minimum requirement. brighton
Hold an unconditional or conditional offer for academic year 2026–27 from the University of Brighton, or already be a current student at the university. brighton
Be participating in a widely recognised sport, including disability sports. brighton
Re-apply annually, as all scholarship students must do so each year.

Value of University of Brighton Sports Scholarships:

UK/Home students: up to £2,500 financial support for the academic year plus gym membership, coaching, mentoring, and facility access.
International students: fee waiver bursary up to £5,000 for the academic year (available for the top five undergraduate and postgraduate student athletes) plus the same additional benefits.
