Eligibility Criteria for the Ethics in the Millennium Scholarship:

  • Applicants can be of any nationality.
  • Applicants must be registered at the University of Ottawa in a program leading to a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the Telfer School of Management or a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the Faculty of Arts.
  • Applicants must have a CGPA of 7.0 or more.
  • Applicants must demonstrate volunteer involvement.
  • Applicants must show a clear understanding of the importance of good governance and the application of ethics principles in their work, whether it be as a student, a volunteer or for remuneration.
  • Applicants must also demonstrate a strong interest in public sector ethics and the interface between public and private sectors ethics.
