The Joyce Family Foundation Bursary

Introduction: 

The Joyce Family Foundation Bursary supports full-time first-year students who have overcome significant hardship by providing financial assistance throughout the academic year.

Eligibility criteria of the Joyce Family Foundation Bursary: 

• The applicant must be an Ontario resident.
• The applicant must have graduated from an Ontario high school within the last three years.
• The applicant must be enrolling full-time in the first term of a post-secondary program starting in Fall 2026.
• The applicant must demonstrate financial need.
• The applicant must provide a letter of reference from someone familiar with their personal circumstances and resilience.
• Recipients must participate in a mentorship program each year and submit a brief report on their involvement in the program to renew the bursary. 

Application process for the Joyce Family Foundation Bursary; 

• Apply after submitting an application to Fanshawe College and complete the bursary application using your Fanshawe login credentials, including the required supporting documents.

Award: up to CAD 5,000
