The Presidential Partnership Scholarship aims to support Mississippi residents attending community or junior colleges and transferring to Mississippi State University (MSU), specifically those who are members of Phi Theta Kappa.

Eligibility Criteria for Presidential Partnership Scholarship at Mississippi State University:

• Applicants must be residents of Mississippi (MS).
• Applicants must be currently attending a Mississippi community or junior college.
• Applicants must be a member of Phi Theta Kappa.
• Applicants must be enrolled at the Starkville Campus of MSU.
• Applicants must be nominated by the president of their Mississippi community or junior college.
• Applicants must be selected by the MSU Scholarship Committee.
• This scholarship cannot be stacked with other academic transfer scholarships.

The Presidential Partnership Scholarship covers the cost of tuition for 5 semesters.
