- Candidates applying for the Palgrave Brown Scholarship, 2024 must either be a national citizen in and/or educated in one of the listed countries: Albania; Armenia; Azerbaijan; Belarus; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Bulgaria; Croatia; Czech Republic; Estonia; Georgia; Hungary; Kazakhstan; Kyrgyz Rep.; Latvia; Lithuania; Macedonia; Moldova; Montenegro; Poland; Romania; Russia; Serbia; Slovakia; Slovenia; Tajikistan; Turkmenistan; Ukraine; Uzbekistan.
- Only the students who are successful in gaining a place to study at The University of Oxford are eligible to apply.
- Students must arrange for a reference to be submitted on their behalf.
- In subsequent years, students will receive the scholarship only if their academic progress is satisfactory.
Selection Criteria:
- Palgrave Brown Scholarship, 2024 is awarded based on the financial need of the student while considering his/her academic merit.
- Candidates for whom the scholarship will make the most difference are given more priority enabling them to afford to study at Oxford.
