Palgrave Brown Scholarship at University of Oxford 2026

The Palgrave Brown Scholarship has been established by the Palgrave Brown Bursary Fund to provide funding for undergraduates from certain Eastern European countries who are in need of financial assistance.

Eligibility for the Palgrave Brown Scholarship:

• Applicants must be nationals of Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Rep., Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, or Uzbekistan.
• Applicants must enroll in any undergraduate program at the university.

Selection Criteria:

Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of financial need, and academic merit will also be taken into consideration. As this is a partial award, priority will be given to students for whom this scholarship will make the most difference in being able to afford studying at Oxford.

Value:

An annual grant of at least £14,850 towards living costs. Students undertaking a six-year medical degree would only receive funding for the first four years of the course.

Application: 

• You must make an application to the University of Oxford for an undergraduate course through UCAS by 15 October 2025 and be successful in gaining a place.
• Complete the undergraduate scholarships application online form by 12 noon (UK time) on 04 February 2026.
