Western University offers the Lieutenant Colonel Kenneth Jacobs Western Continuing Admission Scholarship of Distinction for Black Students to recognize outstanding Black students entering their first year of undergraduate study directly from high school. The scholarship supports students who demonstrate strong academic achievement and pursue their undergraduate education at Western University.

Eligibility criteria for the Lieutenant Colonel Kenneth Jacobs Western Continuing Admission Scholarship of Distinction for Black Students at Western University 2026:

• Applicants must be entering the first year of an undergraduate program directly from high school.
• Applicants must identify as Black students and complete the required self-identification.
• Applicants must demonstrate strong academic achievement, with selection based on admission averages.
• Applicants must not have previously attended a post-secondary institution.
• Applicants must meet the admission requirements for their selected undergraduate program.

Application Process for the Lieutenant Colonel Kenneth Jacobs Western Continuing Admission Scholarship of Distinction for Black Students at Western University 2026:

• Applicants must apply for admission to an eligible undergraduate program at Western University.
• Applicants must complete the Black student self-identification to be considered for the scholarship.
• Applicants are assessed based on their admission average, and no separate scholarship application is required.

Value: 10 scholarships at CAD 2,500 each

• CAD 2,500 per year for up to 4 years, plus an additional CAD 2,000 for an optional study-abroad experience.
