KEEN Graduate Entrance Scholarship at University of Waterloo 2026

Eligibility Criteria for KEEN Graduate Entrance Scholarship:

Applicants must:

• Apply for full-time admission to one of the following Master’s programs at the University of Waterloo:
  • Master of Climate Change (MCC)
  • Master of Development Practice (MDP)
  • Master of Economic Development and Innovation (MEDI)
• Have a minimum cumulative average of 80% or equivalent.
• Be entering students in the Faculty of Environment.
• Preference is given to applicants who:
  • Demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Show evidence of community engagement through their graduate admission application.

Value of KEEN Graduate Entrance Scholarship:

Two scholarships valued at $5,000 each awarded annually.

Application Process:

• No separate scholarship application is required.
• Eligible students are automatically considered through their graduate program admission application.
