Incoming Study Abroad International Travel Grant - 2025

The University of Southern Queensland will offer grants to non-award international students commencing or continuing their enrolment in the Study Abroad program, in Trimester 1, Trimester 2, or Trimester 3 2025.  

Eligibility criteria -

• The applicant must be an international student
• They must be commencing or continuing their studies in the Study Abroad program (fee paying) at UniSQ in Trimester 1, Trimester 2, or Trimester 3 2025
• They must be studying on campus
• They must be enrolled in a minimum of three study units for each trimester by the duration of the grant awarded
• They must be studying the Study Abroad program (fee-paying) at UniSQ (not studying Cross-institutional, Professional Development, Bachelor's or Master's courses)
• They have not already been awarded two grants over two trimesters.

Application process -

• Applicants will be considered for this grant based on the information provided in their UniSQ Study Abroad program application.
• The applicant must surpass all the additional requirements the University sets for admission.
• Applicants must complete an International Admission Application through the online application system.

Value - Each grant will have a maximum value of AUD 2,000 per trimester for the duration of the award. The grant will be credited directly to the recipient's UniSQ student account as a reduction to their tuition fees.
