Freshman Alumni Non-Resident Tuition Scholarship at Mississippi State University 2025

Freshman Alumni Non-Resident Tuition Scholarship supports non-resident students who are children of MSU alumni in offsetting non-resident tuition costs.

Eligibility Criteria for Freshman Alumni Non-Resident Tuition Scholarship at Mississippi State University 2025:

Applicants must:

• Be a non-resident student paying non-resident tuition fees.
• Be an entering freshman admitted to MSU.
• Be the child of an MSU alumnus/alumna, defined as having earned a degree from MSU or completed at least 48 credit hours toward a degree at MSU.
• Have a minimum high school GPA of 2.50.
• Understand that scholarship amounts may vary based on ACT/SAT scores and GPA.
• Be aware that this scholarship can be combined with the Academic Non-Resident Tuition Scholarship, but total awards cannot exceed the non-resident tuition portion.

The Freshman Alumni Non-Resident Tuition Scholarship provides up to $5,000 per year for four years to non-resident children of MSU alumni with a minimum 2.5 GPA, helping to offset the non-resident portion of tuition
