Overview

AUC has initiated the Public-School Scholarship Fund (PSSF) in collaboration with various individuals and corporations to provide opportunities for Egyptian students graduating from public schools with exceptional academic achievements and financial need.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be Egyptian students graduating from public, experimental, STEM, and Nile schools in the academic year 2025-2026.
  • Applicants must possess an outstanding secondary school academic record.
  • Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
  • Applicants should fulfill AUC's admission requirements.
  • Applicants should achieve a minimum score in English proficiency tests: IELTS (minimum band score of 5.5 with a writing score of 5.5), TOEFL (minimum total score of 62 with a writing score of 17), or DUOLINGO (minimum score of 115-120).[English proficiency tests must be completed within two years before the first day of the term for which applicants are applying.]

Application Process:

To apply for this scholarship, make sure that you have selected the scholarship check box in the AUC admissions application.

Value of the Scholarship:

  • Tuition and fees.
  • Housing in a double room at AUC dorms (for eligible students residing outside Cairo and Giza).
  • AUC transportation (for eligible students not residing at AUC dorms).

Early deadline: March 1st, 2026.
Regular deadline: June 1st, 2026.
