Global Excellence Scholarship at University of Southampton 2026

Eligibility Criteria for Excellence Scholarship at University of Southampton:

Applicants must:

• Be an international student eligible to pay overseas tuition fees.
• Have a conditional or unconditional offer to study any in-person, full-time postgraduate master’s programme.
• Not be from China, Vietnam, Nigeria, India, or Thailand, as these countries have separate country-specific Excellence Scholarships.
• Pay the tuition fee deposit by 15 January 2026.
• Be among the first 83 eligible applicants (scholarships awarded on a first-come, first-served basis).

Value of Excellence Scholarship at University of Southampton:

• £3,000 tuition fee reduction on the first year of study
• If combined with another Southampton scholarship, 50% of the Excellence Scholarship may apply to avoid exceeding 100% of tuition fees

Application Process:

• Automatic consideration if eligibility criteria are met
• No separate application required.
