ESE Undergraduate Financial Bursary at Imperial College London
The ESE Undergraduate Financial Bursary, also known as the Rocky Fund Bursary, is a departmental award offered by the Department of Earth Science and Engineering (ESE) at Imperial College London. It is designed to provide financial assistance to students who demonstrate academic potential but may face financial barriers to attending university.
Eligibility Criteria of ESE Undergraduate Financial Bursary:
- The applicant must meet the College’s Widening Participation (WP) criteria, such as being a care leaver, having a home address in England’s Index of Multiple Deprivation quintile one, or currently receiving/having received Free School Meals.
- The applicant’s home address must fall within POLAR4 quintile 1 or 2, and they must also meet one of the following: be the first in their family to attend university, study at a school with below 20% key-stage 5 performance, or attend a school where the Free School Meals rate is above 80%.
Application Process: Candidates will be automatically considered when they apply to study an undergraduate programme by 18:00 on 29th January 2025.
Award: Cash Bursary of GBP 2,000 per year.
