Dr Terry Farquharson Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science Scholarship at Adelaide University 2026

The Dr Terry Farquharson Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science Scholarship provides financial support and encouragement to undergraduate pharmacy and pharmaceutical science students from international, refugee, humanitarian, or recent migrant backgrounds studying at Adelaide University. The scholarship aims to assist students experiencing financial hardship while pursuing their academic and career goals.

Eligibility Criteria for the Dr. Terry Farquharson Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science Scholarship:

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be from an international background, including:
  • An international student; or
  • A student from a refugee or humanitarian background; or
  • A recent migrant (within the last five years).
• Be enrolled in an eligible pharmacy or pharmaceutical science program.
• Be a commencing or continuing full-time undergraduate student.
• Demonstrate financial need.
• Not have previously received this scholarship.

• Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours)
• Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science / Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours)

Value of Dr Terry Farquharson Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science Scholarship:

Recipients receive AUD $5,000 for one year, paid in two equal installments of AUD $2,500 following Semester 1 and Semester 2, provided they remain enrolled and maintain satisfactory academic progress.
