Eligibility Criteria for Dr. Cozetta Dionne Shannon Memorial Scholarship at Troy University 2026:

Applicants must:

Be a graduate student enrolled in the Rehabilitation Counseling program within the College of Education
Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0
Demonstrate financial need
Show evidence of leadership activities (considered in selection).

Application Process:

Students must write a 500-word essay about what unique and innovative strategies he/she would propose as a change agent to achieve social justice and inclusion for multicultural persons with disabilities.
