Eligibility
- The Rangel Graduate Fellowship Program is open to students applying to Heinz College who are also applying for the Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Fellowship.
- Applicants must indicate on their application and resume that they are applying for the Rangel Fellowship.
- Finalists (those selected for interviews) will also be considered for merit-based awards from Heinz College.
Application Process
- The application deadline for students applying to the Rangel Fellowship is extended to March 10.
- Applicants must submit their materials, including indicating their interest in the Rangel Fellowship, as part of their Heinz College application.
- No separate application is required for Heinz College merit-based awards; all Rangel Fellowship applicants will automatically be considered.
Value/Benefits
- Rangel Fellows receive 100% tuition coverage for their program at Heinz College.
- Additionally, they receive an $18,000 annual living stipend from the Rangel Fellowship.
- Students selected as finalists will be given equal consideration for merit-based awards from Heinz College, even if they do not receive the fellowship.
