The objective of the Kent County Agricultural Society is to support and encourage students with excellent academic merit and who possess an outgoing personality to enroll to study at the University of Kent.
Eligibility for Kent County Agricultural Society:
- Applicants must be residents of Kent, UK, at the time of application.
- Applicants must be aged 18–25 when they commence their course.
- Applicants must be about to start the first year of a full-time college or university degree course.
- Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time course in the UK; international courses are not eligible.
- Applicants must be studying in one of the following areas:
- Agriculture - arable and livestock
- Horticulture
- Forestry
- Equine
- Veterinary and Animal Management
Value of Kent County Agricultural Society:
The successful applicants of the Kent County Agricultural Society will receive an award of £1,000 per year for up to three years of the course.
