Introduction:

The Big Book Club Award helps to support full-time Bachelor of Arts – English major students who demonstrate their academic achievement and their excellence in creative writing.

Eligibility criteria for the Big Book Club Award:

• The applicant must be a full-time student at the university.
• The applicant must be enrolling in the second, third, or fourth year of the Bachelor of Arts – English major at the university.
• The applicant must have achieved outstanding achievement in written work for a creative writing course offered by the Department of English at MRU during their previous academic year.

Application process for the Big Book Club Award:

• The applicants will be selected based on their academic excellence.
• The applicants must upload their original writing completed during the current academic year.
• The applicant must apply through the Mount Royal University Awards application form before the application deadline.
