Introduction:

Algoma University’s Algoma U Special Bursary Program offers financial assistance to students who are enrolled as part-time students for the first time at the post-secondary level or are enrolled for academic upgrading to enhance skills related to employment.

Eligibility requirements for the Algoma University Special Bursary Program:

Must be studying part-time or pursuing academic upgrading
Must be entering post-secondary studies for the first time or upgrading skills for employment purposes
Priority is given to students from families receiving Ontario Works (OW) or the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)
