The Ada Louise Watters Scholarship is designed to support students who aspire to become educators, specifically those planning to teach in the primary grades. This scholarship aims to aid individuals who demonstrate academic achievement and commitment to the field of education.

Eligibility

To be considered for the Ada Louise Watters Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum GPA of 3.0: Applicants must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA to demonstrate their academic ability.
• Minimum Part-Time Enrollment:
• Undergraduate and credential students must be enrolled in at least 6 units per semester.
• Graduate students must be enrolled in at least 4 units per semester.
• Intent to Teach in Primary Grades:
• Applicants must express a clear intent to pursue a career teaching in the primary grades (K-6).
