The Wilson Harle Prize was established in 2007 and is funded by the law firm Wilson Harle of Auckland. The purpose of the Prize is to recognise and encourage excellence in the study of negotiation, mediation, and dispute resolution.

Eligibility Criteria for the Wilson Harle Prize in Negotiation, Mediation, and Dispute Resolution:

Applicants must:

Be enrolled in:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or an associated conjoint degree, OR
- Bachelor of Laws (Honours) – LLB(Hons)
Have completed LAWGNRL 424 – Negotiation, Mediation and Dispute Resolution
Have achieved the highest mark in the course
Have obtained a minimum grade of A-

Selection Criteria for Wilson Harle Prize in Negotiation, Mediation, and Dispute Resolution:

The recipient will be the student who achieves the highest mark in LAWGENRL 424.

Value of the Wilson Harle Prize in Negotiation, Mediation, and Dispute Resolution:

One Prize will be awarded annually and will be of the value of $1000..
