William H. Oliver Fellowships in Public Affairs

This scholarship is awarded to students studying in the School of Media and Journalism who are participating in a public affairs activity such as the Washington Program in National Issues or the Columbus Program in Intergovernmental Issues. Mr. Oliver established this scholarship in 2002.

Eligibility criteria -

The applicant must be an Undergraduate or graduate student.
They must secure minimum 2.75 GPA
They must have enroll at full-time (12 credit hours for undergraduate, 8 credit hours for graduate)
They must be enrolled at the Kent Campus
They must be majoring in the School of Media and Journalism degree programs
They must be participating in a public affairs activity, such as the Washington Program in National Issues (WPNI) and the Columbus Program in Intergovernmental Issues (CPII)
They must demonstrated leadership on campus and in the community
