Vice-Chancellor's International Postgraduate Scholarships
Introduction:
The Vice-Chancellor's International Postgraduate Scholarships help to support international students who are commencing selected full-time postgraduate programmes at the University.
Eligibility criteria for the Vice-Chancellor's International Postgraduate Scholarships:
- The applicant must be an international student.
- The applicant must be willing to study full-time in their programme.
- The applicant must study a course of a duration of at least two semesters either on campus or by distance learning.
- The applicant must be paying international tuition fees.
- The applicant must have normally achieved a grade average equivalent to at least a New Zealand B+.
- The applicant must have met the entry requirements for an eligible programme.
- Australian citizens, permanent residents and resident visa holders may also be eligible for this scholarship if they are residing outside of New Zealand at the time of their study.
Application process for the Vice-Chancellor's International Postgraduate Scholarships:
- The applicant must apply for admission to an eligible postgraduate programme at the university.
- No separate scholarship application is required.
- The applicants will automatically be assessed for the scholarship during the application process for the programme.
