Vera Goodman Spirit Award

The Vera Goodman Spirit Award is supported by the Family of Vera Goodman, and it supports mature woman-identifying students successfully pursuing full-time studies in the second year of a Business diploma program or continuing their studies having completed a certificate program.

Eligibility criteria for the Vera Goodman Spirit Award:

• Applicants must be a woman-identifying student.
• Applicants must be mature students.
• Applicants must be enrolled full-time, taking 3 or more courses per term.
• Applicants must be in the second year of a Business program during the award eligibility period.
• Applicants must demonstrate initiative and perseverance in their studies.
• Applicants must demonstrate conscientiousness in their work and concern for others.
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
• Applicants must be in good academic standing.

Application Process for the Vera Goodman Spirit Award:

• Applicants must provide a letter of reference from a School of Business faculty member.
• Applicants must provide a statement of financial need.
• Applicants must complete and submit the required award application.
