The Alberta Light Horse Association Award 2 provides support to students who are enrolled in the Farrier Science program at Olds College.

Eligibility criteria for the Alberta Light Horse Association Award 2:

• The applicant must be enrolled in the Farrier Science program at the college.
• The applicant must have a GPA of 3.50 or better.
• The applicant must demonstrate exceptional effort toward their studies.
• The applicant must demonstrate a good attitude.
• The recipient must be nominated by Olds College faculty.

Application process for the Alberta Light Horse Association Award 2:

• Eligible students will be automatically considered based on their completed General Application.
