Introduction:

The Prize in First Year Graduate Entry Medicine was established following the introduction of the Graduate Entry to Medicine (GEM) program at University College Cork (UCC) in 2008.

Eligibility criteria for the Prize in the First Year Graduate Entry Medicine and the Certificate in First Year Graduate Entry to Medicine at University College Cork:

The applicants must be current First-Year Graduate Entry to Medicine students at UCC.
The applicants must achieve the highest aggregate mark or second-highest aggregate mark (certificate) in the First Year Summer Examinations.
The applicants must achieve First-Class Honours in all subjects.

Application Process:

No separate application is required. The Prize and Certificate are awarded automatically based on academic performance.

Value of the Scholarship:

A EUR 500 and a certificate are awarded to a full-time student.
