Introduction:

The Stephen and Debra Osborne Bursary supports students returning to education at Yukon University in environmental, healthcare, and social service-related programs.

Eligibility criteria of the Stephen and Debra Osborne Bursary:

Applicants must have attended a Yukon high school for at least two years.
Applicants must be returning to education after a period of absence.
Applicants must be enrolled full-time in a Yukon University program focused on the northern environment, climate change, social work, nursing, or health care.
Applicants must demonstrate financial need.

Application process for Stephen and Debra Osborne Bursary:

Applicants must complete the Student Financial Award Application Form.
Applicants must indicate whether they are returning to education after a period of absence and how many years they attended a Yukon high school.
Applicants must submit their application by September 30, 2026.
