The President's Scholarships at OC is for incoming Freshman students who enroll in any traditional course of study at the university for the academic year 2025. Eligibility Criteria for The Presidents Scholarship:

- Applicants must have a GPA 4.0 (test score optional) or a GPA 2.0 and ACT 30 or a GPA of 3.0 and ACT 28.
- Continuing Eligibility: maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.8.
