This prize recognizes academic excellence in first-year students in Economics at the University of Canterbury.

Eligibility criteria for the 100-Level Excellence in Economics Prize:

Applicants can come from any nationality.
Applicants must enroll in an eligible undergraduate program.
Applicants must exhibit academic excellence.
The successful student must have enrolled in ECON104 Introduction to Microeconomics and ECON105 Introduction to Macroeconomics.

Value of 100-Level Excellence in Economics Prize:

Successful applicants will get a scholarship of $200.
